**What You Would Do**
- Create, develop and implement marketing assets and strategies to meet company goals.
- Develop, execute, monitor and adjust the annual marketing plan, strategies, and campaigns with the goal of meeting or exceeding the company’s lead goals within the company’s budget.
- Responsible for management of all social media marketing.
- Manage and update website content.
- Coordinate customer referral program.
- Create text-based and/or narrated videos to accompany online content and stories.
- Communicates marketing initiatives and programs to employees.
- Track and report weekly on KPI’s.

**What We Need for this Role**:

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred and 2+ years of experience in the marketing field OR a combination of education and experience to demonstrate a proven track record in this field.
- Proficiency in operating computer software and digital analytic programs
- Skill in graphic design software
- Proficiency in English language
- Excellent creative written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Ability to create and implement a marketing plan including managing marketing budget costs
- Innovative mindset
- Great team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
