A Day in the Life
- Execute marketing initiatives and promotions for the Jim Pattison Auto Group and its affiliated dealerships.
- Develop and lead advertising campaigns in conjunction with General Managers.
- Manage and execute promotional activities, including private and public sale events.
- Write and coordinate the production of monthly radio scripts.
- Assist with managing marketing budgets and invoicing, maximizing available marketing co-op.
- Regularly update offers and department specials on websites to ensure standards and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support and assist with other marketing functions as required.

What We Look For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role within an agency or fast-paced retail industry.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or Communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a complex matrix environment with tight deadlines and adaptability to change.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organization.
- Proven strength in task coordination and project management.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment with a can-do attitude.
