Property Specialist

The Property Specialist has experience, knowledge, and skills as a licensed pre-sales specialist. The Property Specialist creates a welcoming environment with unparalleled customer service for all of our guests at our Sales Galleries. They provide an experience that captures the story our development partners wish to convey and create an immersive experience that leaves lasting impressions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exceptional customer service and storytelling while providing information and knowledge of the project
- Proactive follow-up with prospects and Realtors to drive sales for the project
- Proficiently use our CRM system to record contacts and follow-ups, as well as a data entry of new leads
- Accurately and effectively write Contracts of Purchase and Sale.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other team members to ensure the effective execution of the sales program
- Work closely with the internal team to continuously improve the operations of the project and assist with the set up and coordination of special events
- Attend all required team meetings and sales training sessions, provide feedback on traffic, buyer profiles, key objections, areas of improvement, etc.
- Monitor industry competition, follow current developments and provide feedback as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations for communication sent out and/or activities performed
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- BC Real Estate Trading Services License
- Demonstrated proficiency in working in a team dynamic, motivating sales teams and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Having second, third, fourth, etc. language skills is an asset.
- Energetic and professional. Natural at developing relationships and working with clients and colleagues
- Outgoing and personable attitude
- Ability to manage competing priorities, workflow and deadlines
- Exceptional prospecting, sales, communication and closing skills
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with a positive attitude
- Experience with a CRM like Spark or Salesforce and/or contract writing software like Avesdo would be an asset
- Proficient in using MS office and/or Google Suite
- Project locations can vary from the Greater Vancouver Area to the Fraser Valley
