**Job Summary**:
**Key** **Responsibilities**:
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing incoming calls, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members, including scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, and handling correspondence.

Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone, to address inquiries and facilitate communication.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain client information and records in our files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma required; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are considered an asset.
- Previous experience in a financial or wealth management setting is advantageous.
