**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Schedule service calls and manage calendars/dispatch for staff members.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Maintain office inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Quoting and invoicing.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a trades or construction office environment.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems. Microsoft Office skills an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in similar front desk roles is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
