Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the marketing plan activities and structure them into calendared activities for execution.
- Translate strategies into customer-centric go-to-market activities, communication programs, and develop related assets.
- Manage and update websites, blogs, and social media.
- Develop written and graphic/visual content for online and offline brand communication.
- Develop traditional brand assets and communication, including brochures, case studies, product sheets, and whitepapers.
- Coordinate and oversee tradeshow marketing activities.
- Participate in brand strategy and marketing planning exercises to develop and execute go-to-market campaigns.
- Leverage and develop customer segmentation, targeting, and buyer journeys from brand strategy to develop measurable and actionable integrated marketing actions.
- Oversee and account for department spending relating to the marketing budget.
- Support and automation of sales and lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate and manage marketing projects from start to finish.
- Oversee daily operations for owned, paid, and social media marketing activities and content marketing.
- Monitor related analytics with actionable strategies and tactics for online and offline programs/media.
- Partner with intercompany resources, external agencies, and company management to develop actionable marketing programs/activities.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
***Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
**Experience**: 4 years of experience working on a marketing and/or creative team.
**Specific Skill, Ability and Knowledge**:
- Proven marketing campaign experience.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong writing, design, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of business and marketing analytics with related insight-driven programs.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- Strong familiarity with various web platforms and e-commerce shopping carts.
