**Legal & Property Administrative Assistant (14-month Term)**
**The primary responsibilities for this position will include**:
- Document preparation, letter drafting, drafting and filing legal documents
- File management
- Preparation and processing of lease and sales documents
- Performing clerical duties as required for the department
- Property administration, rent collection support
- General commercial property account support
- Accounts receivables
- General administrative responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and time management skills
- Experience with various office computer programs
- Experience working in an administrative role
- Experience in a legal administrative role
- Experience with real estate transactions, especially lease agreements
- Commercial real estate knowledge considered an asset
- A level of comfort working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain accuracy with attention to detail
- Ability to deal with the general public and deal effectively with other team members
- Utmost professionalism in dealing with confidential matters and using discretion in handling private and sensitive materials
- Must be able to adhere to the company vaccination policy
