**Job Title**

Property Administrator
**Job Description Summary**

Performs the administrative functions of the Property Management Team assuring a high level of professionalism in property issues, including timely response to and resolution of any tenant requests or concerns.

**Tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for processing all invoices for identified properties.
- Verify, process and input all invoices, into MRI, code when required.
- Maintain all on site records for supporting the Accounts Payable function.
- Responsible for record keeping and reconciliation of **Impress and** Petty Cash accounts.
- Cheque generating, processing and distribution.
- Responsible for multiple monthly Bank Account reconciliations including Mall Gift Card and Presto accounts.
- Responsible for the generation of all Chargeback invoices.
- Generate Purchase Orders, when required.
- Responsible for processing utility invoices as per corporate policy.
- Assist with preparation of monthly reporting requirements including variance reports.
- Assist with preparation of and input of property budgets.
- Provide informational support to site team members.
- Liaise with Head Office Property Accountants on a regular basis, provide support for Audits as required.
- Welcome visitors to the Administration Office and direct as appropriate when required.
- Other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Property or General Manager.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- 5+ years related experience in an Accounting/Administrative Role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, EXCEL, etc.). Previous experience with MRI an asset.
- Prior experience in a shopping centre or commercial property management office a definite asset.
- Able to work independently and prioritize time sensitive items and heavy workload.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be self-motivated, flexible and diplomatic, innovative and able to accept challenges.
- Able to work effectively in a “team” environment.
- Highly organized and proven analytical capabilities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be able to provide Criminal Clearance Certificate.
