Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for great food and creating a memorable experience for our guests? Are you able to multitask and take direction? If so, then you might be the next great **Line **Cook** to join our dynamic team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fun and relaxed work environment
- Flexible work hours available - day and night shifts
- Prepare great tasting food adhering to all recipes and specifications
- Work all stations in the kitchen including prep and dishwasher
- Provide fast and friendly service
- FIFO, portion control, rotation
- Receive food and supply orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
- Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
- Communicate with shift leaders and managers
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**

- Strong customer service
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safety Certification (preferred)
