**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update visually appealing fundraising materials, such as posters, signage, pamphlets, and annual

Society Booklet
- Design promotional and ad-hoc materials for events, such as flyers, invitations, logos, web & social media graphics
- Assisting in the planning, execution and follow-up for all flagship special events and annual receptions
- Community events management (liaise with third party event organizers)
- Develop and maintain event and volunteer databases and manage event volunteer coordination
- Assist in the coordination event logistics including marketing, advertising & collateral materials (design, production & distribution)
- Responsible for silent auction, prize and in-kind donation management for events
- Effectively balance event coordination and graphic design tasks, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines and support the overall success of events

**Requirements**:

- 2 years experience in similar fields
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Experience with Raiser’s Edge an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
- Knowledge of Adobe suite graphic design programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Video editing abilities an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the abilities to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive information from donors/volunteers with the utmost confidentiality
- **References and design portfolio will be required**

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
