**JOB OVERVIEW**
The Coordinator, Graphic design occupies an entry-level position with varied responsibilities, including graphic design and the visual aspect of the corporate brand, which is under the responsibility of the Marketing department. Reporting to the General Manager, Client Services, the Coordinator, Graphic design is responsible for the development and implementation of creative visual marketing materials. The coordinator participates in creative brainstorming sessions and shares their knowledge with the rest of the team. They are involved in the visual aspects of the corporate brand and work closely with their team and various stakeholders across Canada.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)**
- Support the company’s various teams across Canada
- Preparation of different visual communication tools for the team
- Real estate brochures, signs, client and team presentations
- Edit and enhance real estate properties photos
- “Pitch” style presentations
- Support for the visual effectiveness of site selections
- Development of templates and various marketing materials
- Creation of graphics for trade shows
- Any other tasks required by management
- Proof editing for all corporate communication and marketing visuals
- Be on the lookout for trends, best practices and propose new initiatives to the team

**SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- College diploma, bachelor's degree in graphic design or a combination of studies and relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge and effective use of Adobe CS: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and MS Office
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent attention to detail, good time management and sense of priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills; enjoys working in a small work team
