- **Responsibilities**:
- Monitor, protect and promote Intelcom's brands on various social media platforms, ensuring that the information conveyed is the right one- Interact positively with consumers on social media-
- Develop engaging content (articles, blogs, videos, visuals, infographics, etc.) reflecting the excellence of Intelcom and its subsidiaries for the industry's various digital platforms.- Participate in the execution of Intelcom's external communications strategy- Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry: e-commerce is here to stay and will continue to transform. Your vigilance and business acumen will help you stand out from the crowd.

**Qualifications**:
- You have three (3) or more years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, content production or community management, in a corporate or agency environment.- You understand the dynamics of online commerce and its importance in transforming the economy.- You are highly adept on most social media platforms. Comfortable with analysis and monitoring tools will be an asset.- Experience with content management tools, and with the M365 suite is important, as these are our everyday tools.- You are familiar with the Adobe suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, Audition, etc.).- You are detail-oriented, organized and proactive.
