**What your Day Would Look Like**:
We are looking for a Social Media Representative who knows the common football terminologies. You will be interacting and engaging with existing and potential customers across all our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok). Key tasks will be providing pre-purchase and post-purchase support, escalating cases to our customer support team, managing NXTRND's brand image on social media, and managing our private community pages. On a daily basis you will be directly interacting with our followers who are either inquiring about the brand or simply having questions. You will also be able to build great connections with up and coming players such as 5-star recruits, future draft picks, and even professional players that love our brand. This would be an open ended role as we are continuously growing and opening new or different opportunities within the company.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Customer inquiries - answer customer inquiries from all social channels (primarily DMs and comments) in a timely manner.
- Provide product recommendations for current and new customers.
- Follow up with current and new customers.
- Outreach to potential athlete partners.
- Report on KPIs to our team.
- Participate in team meetings, make suggestions and improvements to our products to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
- Advocate for our customers and share feedback across the organization.
- Additional administrative tasks as required.

**Necessary Skills**:

- Fluent in English.
- Passionate for the game of American football.
- Ability to maneuver across all social media platforms.
- Quick writing and texting abilities.
- Well versed in American football terminology.
- Very strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Organized and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in social media support.
- Familiar with social media channels and community management.
