- The Role:
In addition to managing the front desk at our Vancouver location, our Client Care Specialist will provide administrative support, receive and deliver communications to and from medical professionals, answer telephones and provide ongoing correspondence with referral sources and clients. This is the ideal role for an ambitious, energetic individual who puts people first in all interactions, has the right set of skills, and impeccable professionalism with an entrepreneurial mindset.

**Rebel Client Care Specialists are responsible for the following**:

- Taking a client-centered approach where clients come first and leave Rebel clinics feeling completely cared for, respected, and heard
- Receiving and greeting clients, answering the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Receiving referrals from physicians, communicating with physicians with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling client appointments
- Ensuring the integrity of patient flow is maintained
- Entering client information on our data management system with the highest levels of accuracy and precision
- Adhering to the highest standards inside maintaining client confidentiality and integrity in information storage
- Answering questions and speaking confidently to our range of service offerings
- Receiving deliveries and updating our Inventory Management System
- Maintaining an organized work space at all times
- Cleaning duties /Downloading medical device information
- Representing Rebel professionally
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Processing Insurance quotes and Claims
- Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
