Cotton Candy is currently growing and looking to add a Purchasing Specialist to our E Solutions team This role will be an integral part of the E Solutions Operations team, providing complete in-house purchasing support. Developing good relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal team members, this individual will be a critical part of the overall success and growth of Cotton Candy Inc.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor inventory levels for our client’s e-stores, update min/max levels, and manage inventory forecasting
- Liaise with our suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns regarding price, quality, decoration, turnaround time, and delivery
- Issue purchase orders and reconcile with supplier invoice to ensure correct price and quantity for finished goods
- Liaise with merchandising, warehouse, print and embroidery divisions to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Manage any potential issues that may arise during the course of an order including supplier errors, returns, credits, etc.
- Back up for customer service issues and other administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced purchasing or administrative role
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in French/English considered an asset
- Knowledge/experience with Spire is considered an asset
