E-commerce Specialist

**Position Overview**:As an E-Commerce Specialist at BeautéSync Inc., your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize our Shopify store to drive online visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for updating and enhancing product listings, responding promptly to online inquiries, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

In addition to your e-commerce duties, you will assist in maintaining the retail showroom, support retail sales representatives during busy hours, and help create a seamless and welcoming shopping experience for both online and walk-in customers. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering excellent service across all sales channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and optimize product listings on Shopify (images, descriptions, SEO, pricing)
- Launch and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Track campaign performance and adjust for improved ROI
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online platforms
- Coordinate with the warehouse manager for online order fulfillment and logistics
- Support retail store maintenance, including displays and general upkeep
- Assist retail sales representative during peak hours, providing support with walk-in clients
- Ensure consistency between online presence and in-store branding
- Fulfill orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and assist with both in-store and online purchases.
- Design and update product images and marketing materials for the online store as needed
- Coordinate with outsourced designers to complete creative projects
- Edit and process product photos and promotional videos using Photoshop and at least one mainstream video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- The job responsibilities may be adjusted based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Shopify E-commerce platform (required)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a strong asset
- Strong skills in image and video editing - proficient in Photoshop and at least one popular video editing software
- Hands-on experience in digital advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram)
- Strong writing, editing, and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working in both online and physical retail settings
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
