We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Leasing Coordinator, Commercial to join our growing team. As the main point of contact for our 200+ commercial tenants, you will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing lease deals, renewals, and extensions, minimizing vacancies across all properties, prospecting for new tenants, and preparing leasing reports. Your attention to detail, experience in leasing, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will serve you well in this role.

Reporting directly to the Director, Commercial Property Management, you will be an integral part of our commercial real estate team. **Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial leasing transactions, including lease negotiations, lease renewals, and tenant relations;
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and ensure competitive pricing;
- Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant needs;
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and other industry professionals;
- Prepare leasing reports and financial statements for management;
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants;
- Assist with site plan approvals and permits;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing files and databases;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing;
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field is an asset;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (Yardi preferably);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM
