**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and abstract critical lease data (rent, CAM/operating expenses, options, expiries, insurance, termination, co-tenancy, repair/maintenance obligations, etc.).
- Enter and validate data within Tango (and integrated systems such as SAP).
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all lease records.
- Maintain an audit trail and support compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Lease Administration, Finance, Legal, and Real Estate teams to resolve ambiguities or missing information.
- Develop and maintain abstraction templates, checklists, and quality controls.
- Support reporting and portfolio analytics by ensuring high-quality data integrity.
- Assist in special projects such as portfolio audits, process improvements, and system upgrades.

**Qualifications**
- ** 3+ years** of experience in lease administration, abstraction, or commercial real estate (tenant or landlord side).
- Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures (retail, office,industrial).
- High attention to detail and proven accuracy in data review/entry.
- Proficiency with lease administration software (Tango preferred; MRI, Yardi, CoStar, Lucernex, or similar an asset).
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups for validation and analysis).
- Strong organizational and process management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

**Preferred**
- Experience with portfolio sizes of 500+ leases.
- Familiarity with CAM reconciliations and lease audits.
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
- Exposure to automation/AI-based abstraction tools is an asset.
