Boggio Family of Pharmacies is looking for a **full
- time Assistant Human Resources Coordinator**to join our team

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist with administering various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, corporate training, and health & safety.
- Assist with checking timesheets and finalizing payroll bi-weekly
- Assist with the administration and management of the company policy manual, including ongoing maintenance and updates based on changes to company policies and new legislation.
- Assist with employee relations including scheduling, workplace investigations, progressive discipline, performance improvement and terminations.
- Assist with maintaining employee documents

**Qualifications**
- 0 -2 years of experience administering HR functions with computer efficiency in MS office, HRIS systems, Time & Attendance programs, and Payroll administration.
- A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related education and working knowledge of current applicable legislation.
- CHRP designation is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
