The role of the person sought is to assist the team and provide effective daily administrative support for all of the division's activities.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- All other related tasks
- Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
- Enter data into various systems
- Help prepare certain documents
- Produce monthly reports
- Write a certain letter

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
