**full-time Administrative Assistant** to join our team.

We are looking for a talented
** Administrative Assistant.** This position requires the ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Daily briefings on important matters
- Taking meeting minutes, distribute, file, follow-up and create agenda for next meetings.
- Schedule meetings, travel arrangement and appointments
- General administrative duties including but not limited to; assembling of manuals, photocopying, scanning and mass mailings
- Review all incoming invoices and electronic documents to be paid, identifying which may require immediate attention. Ensure all approvals are obtained prior to releasing payments.
- Process employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy of information and assist with accounting tasks.
- Assist HR in upkeep of information, vacation requests, onboarding / off boarding etc.
- Typing of correspondence and various documents
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the President and management team.
- Perform other tasks, including, but not limited to, acting as back-up to colleagues, filing of documents and receptionist functions.

**Your experience and education**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in an administrative or similar role

You have an Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset

You have excellent written and oral communication, in both French and English

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks

You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information

You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.

**Requirements**:

- Basic level of office suite
- Advanced oral and written English communication skills
- Basic oral and written French communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team and support others when required.
