**We're Hiring**:_Grounds Operations Coordinator_**
- **Location**: Hamilton, ON.
- **Pay**: $60,000-$70,000/year (based on experience).

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting the Grounds Manager with day-to-day operations and planning.
- Managing schedules, crew coordination, and equipment logistics.
- Keeping all administrative documentation sharp, accurate, and up to date.
- Assisting with labour planning, dispatching, and filling in when a Superintendent is unavailable.
- Ensuring month-end reports are complete, clear, and on time.
- Staying on top of service areas like janitorial, landscaping, and snow maintenance — and making sure everything runs like clockwork.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A strong background in **administration or operations coordination.**:

- Super sharp **Microsoft Office skills** (Excel is your love language).
- The ability to lead, multitask, and keep calm under pressure.
- Experience in landscaping, snow removal, or property services is a big plus.
- You’re a problem-solver, team communicator, and fast thinker.
- You know how to build solid relationships — with both staff and clients.
