About Select Access Select Access is a market leader in height safety and specialist access solutions. We are a "steady, structured, and consistent" partner to our clients, known for our commitment to safety and reliability. Due to our continued expansion across Ireland and Europe, we are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our operational team. Purpose of the Role To support the efficient delivery of height safety projects through robust administrative, logistical, and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in the daily coordination of site teams and project resources. Manage project scheduling and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials. Maintain rigorous health and safety (SHEQ) documentation and compliance records. Act as a liaison between the warehouse, engineers, and external clients. General office administration to support the Contracts and Operations Managers. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative, logistics, or coordination role. Sector Knowledge: Experience in construction, engineering, or height safety is a distinct advantage. Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft 365. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional, "client-first" approach. Logistics: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
