**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrator with a strong manufacturing background to oversee all office operations and administrative functions within our company.
**Job Overview**
- Report to Operations Manager and Corporate Administrator
- Oversee all office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and support for day-to-day activities.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory records.
- Administer payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee wages.
- Manage group benefits programs, including health, dental, and other employee benefits.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate internal communication and act as a liaison between departments.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and other logístical needs.
- Provide general administrative support to senior management, as required.
- Provide HR-related functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards relevant to the manufacturing industry.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and employee benefit administration.
- Familiarity with HR practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office management software and ERP System.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, with manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
