Property Administrator

Rhino Property Management is looking for a Full-time Property Administrator to join our expanding team.
Main Duties include:
- Supporting property managers and maintenance team with various administrative tasks.
- Answering phone calls, documenting tenant requests
- Attracting tenants by advertising vacancies
- Creating content on-site at properties to attract tenants
- Arrange showings and coordinate with current tenants
- Admin support for Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit.
- Accomplishing financial objectives by collecting rents; accounts payable; accounts receivable.
- Securing property by establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies.
- Enforcing occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
**Requirements**:
- Must have valid class 5 license and reliable vehicle.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Yardi experience would be an asset
- Previous admin experience
