Here at **901 Wellness Clinic**, we strive for excellence in all aspects of medical care and aim to provide consistent high quality health care to our high volume of patients.
We are actively looking for a **Clinic Receptionist **who is willing to work as a team, brings positive energy to the clinic and the patients, well-adapts to a new environment, and passionate about taking various caseload.
We are a multi-disciplinary clinic with a team of medical doctors, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, acupuncturists, and kinesiologists.
We have served the community for more than 10 years, and now in the process of re-teaming our rehab group. We are thrilled to take our practitioners and patients to our newly remodelled and fully equipped facility.
In this role, you will
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Assist with order entry and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Provide coordination support by organizing documents, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
- Assist with various receptionist duties
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating the schedule, managing staff, and ensuring that the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Supervise and lead a team of heart health professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Help with company marketing in community, social network, and other types of media.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in Korean is an asset
- Experience in various marketing field in an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
