**Your tasks at a glance**
- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
- You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling follow-ups, across different regions.
- You will be cross-trained for the Surgical Counselor position (customer service).

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a broad background in** customer service and retention**, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gym, etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client follow-up techniques.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- **You are available for the following schedule**: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 11am-7pm, as well occasional Saturday/Sunday as needed.
- **Required**: You are comfortable travelling to other clinics for training _(expenses covered by Vision Group)._
