**Recruitment and Training Coordinator **will be reporting to the Human Resource Manager of Mobilinx Hurontario Services - Victoria Ng and supported by the Transdev Canada Rail team.
**Responsabilités**:
**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and pre-employment tests
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to determine staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for LRV operators, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, operational procedures, and customer service standards
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals, to enhance learning and knowledge retention
- Organize and schedule training sessions, simulator training, and on-the-job training, in collaboration with operational teams
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition into their roles
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, performance assessments, and training evaluations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies in all recruitment and training activities
- on legal contractual documents for the project to ensure conformity with guidelines and agreements
- Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations and procedures
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude
**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent time-management, planning, conceptual and consultative skills
