**Overview**
CROSSMARK is a leading sales and marketing services company and we are currently hiring for a Bilingual Recruiter position. The role will support the team in finding exceptional people for our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for all steps associated with the identification and placement of full time and part time team members.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage full cycle recruitment process, including conducting resume screening, recruiter interviews, scheduling hiring manager interviews, completing reference checks, offer and onboarding process.
- Manage social media job posts and sponsored ads on online job boards.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals collaboratively and effectively.
**Qualifications**

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years’ recruiting experience, within a high-volume agency or retail setting
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Possess drive, passion, and the ability to be self-motivated to deliver results
- High collaboration, engagement and customer service focus
- Sound knowledge of applicable Canadian legislation
- Bilingual - English/French proficiency required
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Recruiting: 1 year (required)
