**Responsibilities**:

- Hunting/sourcing applicants and providing resume and relevant information to Human Resources
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Recruitment administrative duties as required.

**Job Requirements**
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting.
- Experience working in a consulting firm, and/or agency is an asset.
- Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, and screening).
- Proficient in social media for business and recruiting (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong computers skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organization and time management skills.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5T 2B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (required)
