Sales Development Representative

We utilize Big Data to offer comprehensive analytics and reports to investors, brokers and suppliers in the apartment industry. **Who we are looking for**: **Role and Responsibilities**: - Execute a discovery call to share the Company Value Proposition, ask standardized questions, and secure the next deep dive meeting to be led by the account executive. - Identify decision makers in prospect businesses, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions via templates and approved materials to begin sales cycle. - Set deep dive/demos for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage. - Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to engage. **Qualifications and Education Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required - 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative. **Salary Details**: - $60,000 with minimum $10,000 in commission per year **To APPLY, accomplish the link below.** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Application question(s): - How many years of Cold Calling experience do you have? - Are you willing to participate in a working assessment that would last about 2-3 hours? **Education**: - AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required) **Experience**: - Sales Development Representative: 1 year (required) **Language**: - fluent English (required) Work Location: In person
