**Description**:
The HSE Manager ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies while fostering a culture of safety across all operations. Responsibilities include conducting audits, reviewing policies, advising employees, leading training programs, and managing incident investigations. This role requires proactive leadership, strategic oversight, and collaboration with management to enhance workplace safety and compliance.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement health and safety strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance on health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Lead safety training programs, workshops, and awareness initiatives.
- Stay current with evolving regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain health and safety documentation, including reports, policies, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with management to establish and refine safety screening protocols.
- Conduct spot audits and risk assessments to maintain high safety standards.
- Supervise, train, and coach personnel to enhance overall safety performance.
- Positively influence the organization’s safety culture through proactive engagement with personnel at all levels to promote a shared commitment to workplace safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Health and Safety, preferably in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Fabrication.
- Degree in Health and Safety preferred; CRST or CSRP designation highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and industry-specific requirements.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication and manufacturing safety practices.
- Ability to influence company strategy and collaborate effectively with leadership teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical writing for policies, reports, and training materials.
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, or other relevant medical training preferred.
