Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with the clients.
- Overlook and coordinate operations working closely with Company's management.
- Supervise and manage complex team schedules and tasks.
- Oversee the logistics and take care of travel arrangements: book hotels, flight tickets, transportation, etc.
- Oversee vendor management, including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Support payroll processing and accounting procedures.
- Manage front desk operations, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars.
- Enter data into Company systems, tract time spent on the projects.
- Track team performance, indicate training needs.
- Overlook HR procedures.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office management or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Sage or similar accounting software is preferred
- Experience in team management and supervision is a plus
