**Job Overview**:
As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a vital support role, working closely with our Client Account Managers and Post-Production Coordinators to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with client communication, coordinating follow-ups, and providing administrative support to maintain the high standards of our luxury client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clients with updates on their digital images and delivery timelines.
- Support the coordination of album and stainless print deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle client inquiries and relay information to Client Account Managers as needed.
- Support the Post-Production department by coordinating information and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records and update client information in our database.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Ensure efficient communication and coordination between team members.
- Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work weekends and 3-4 days a week, with 10-hour shifts.
- Ability to handle high end customers.
- Trilingual (written and spoken) in English, French, and Spanish is considered a notable asset.
