_**Job Summary**:_
- **Duties**:_
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information in electronic medical record systems. eg. OSCAR.
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits and assist healthcare providers during procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with other office staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction
- **Requirements**:_
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as OSCAR is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
