**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
- Enter financial and client data into QuickBooks with accuracy.
- Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- **Accounts Payable (A/P)**: Receive and review vendor invoices, verify charges and purchase orders, code expenses correctly, prepare and issue payments, and maintain organized supplier records.
- **Accounts Receivable (A/R)**: Prepare and send customer invoices, post incoming payments, reconcile customer accounts, follow up on overdue accounts, and maintain accurate client records.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and paper) to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Support management with administrative and accounting projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience using QuickBooks for data entry and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required).
- Experience with payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Hourly pay range: $23.00 - $28.00, depending on experience.
