As our **Operations Manager** you will oversee daily production. You enjoy and excel at coordinating team members and troubleshooting everyday challenges to deliver exceptional results for clients. You have strong communication skills, especially utilizing the phone (calls and texting). You are a team player and will support our excellent service delivery by working longer hours during peak months (June-December).

**Your specific responsibilities will include**:

- Managing vehicle production flow in Calgary and other cities as required
- Educating our customers on the repair process
- Enforcing our quality control procedures
- Following and enforcing our internal procedures
- Addressing efficiently and effectively any comeback issues
- Coordinating sublet vendors and parts
- Travel required across Alberta and possibly Canada

**Qualifications
- most of the following**:

- 10 years of work experience, 5 years in administration & managing people
- Operations experience in auto body repair
- Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility, appraisal company or insurance company an asset but not required
- Prior sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel for extended periods

**Skills - most of the following**:

- Strong interpersonal skills; customer facing and team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
- Working knowledge of Audatex/Mitchell an asset but not required
- Enthusiastic and motivating leadership style - hands on
- Attention to detail
- Well organized, ability to handle multiple complex competing tasks
- Team player, strong work ethic, self-motivated
- Committed to communicating 7 days/week with staff
- Available on weekends during peak production times

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
