**About Us**

Our **ECCO Supply** division provides top-quality **heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products** to contractors and businesses across Western and Central Canada.

As we expand into the U.S., we’re seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to help us deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

**The Role**

As **Operations Manager**, you will oversee **multi-site operations** across branches, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your focus will be on **inventory management**, **supply chain optimization**, and **process improvement** using **Lean principles**. This is a strategic leadership role that drives efficiency, enhances customer satisfaction, and supports our growth in the **HVAC wholesale distribution market**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations Management**: Optimize workflows in **inventory control**, **order fulfillment**, and **customer service** across all locations.
- **Process Improvement**: Develop SOPs, implement **Lean/Kaizen initiatives**, and scale best practices for productivity and cost reduction.
- **Inventory & Supply Chain**: Ensure accurate inventory planning, procurement alignment, and timely restocking.
- **Team Leadership**: Build a high-performance culture, deliver training, and lead change initiatives.
- **Customer Service**: Maintain service excellence and resolve operational challenges impacting customer satisfaction.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Champion **health and safety programs**, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, **Supply Chain**, **Business**, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in **operations management** (HVAC, wholesale distribution, or retail preferred).
- Knowledge of **Lean principles** (5S, Kaizen); **Lean/Six Sigma certification** is an asset.
- Strong leadership experience managing **multi-site operations**.
- Expertise in **inventory management**, **supply chain processes**, and **ERP systems**.
- Proven ability to implement **process improvements** and drive operational efficiency.
