**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional.
- Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks.
- Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations for clients in a medical or dental office setting if applicable.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred..
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or dental office is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
