**Operations Support Specialist**

MBC Group is seeking a bilingual Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be based in Ottawa, Ontario. This position is responsible for providing general administrative support to a Line of Business within MBC Group. **What you will do**

You will provide support to the lead Operations Support Specialist. Your other key responsibilities will be supporting an operational Line of Business group by providing support in the following areas:

- Workflow Management. Coordinate the workflow of the LOB. Input updates and track progress using project management tools.
- Project Files. Open new project files and maintain accurate records in MBC Group’s database.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Support. Monitor KPIs and report on progress to management based on specific LOB operational requirements.
- Client Service. Maintain the client database and ensure all information is up to date.
- General Administrative Support. Provide general administrative support to the LOB. This includes safety tasks, office supplies, filing, and data entry. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

**What you will bring**
- A diploma or certificate program in business administration from a recognized post-secondary institution, or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.
- A minimum of two years in a similar administrative or operational role. Experience in the restoration industry would be preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in the following areas: working independently, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills.
