**Type of employment**: Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (on-site position)

**Your role**:
As a Service Coordinator, you will support the Manager of the Ontario branch. Your mission is to provide administrative support to ensure that your technician colleagues have everything they need to carry out their work in the field.
You will report to Darlene, the Manager of our Ontario branch.
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to service or information requests
- Update customer files — both physical and in our CRM system
- Enter scale system information and technical data sheets into the service management software (Salesforce/ServiceMax)
- Update, maintain, and organize files and databases
- Open and assign work orders to technicians and then close the technicians’ work has been completed.
- Generate invoicing following the closure of work orders
- Update customer files before and after technicians are dispatched to the field
- Ensure proper daily inventory tracking
- Place and receive parts orders in our systems
- Prepare necessary documentation for shipping parts to clients
- Assist and support the manager with the organization and scheduling of technicians
- Help the manager establish task priorities based on the daily flow of calls and service requests
**Your Profile**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent administrative skills and highly organized
- Dynamic personality with outstanding customer service abilities
- Ability to adjust scheduling to accommodate urgent client requests (daily calendar adjustments)
- Capable of handling potential pressure from frustrated or dissatisfied clients
- Ability to multitask and manage urgent situations effectively
- Comfortable with computers, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to process transactions accurately with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and not afraid of daily change.
- Good aptitude in logistics (asset).
- Previous experience with Salesforce (asset).
- Professional diploma in administration or equivalent studies (asset).
**What does the job offer you?**
**Salary**:
$55,000 - $60,000 CAD annually
