**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records of all company transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with accountants for audits, tax filings, and year-end procedures.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
- Fluency in both **English and Chinese** (spoken and written) is required.

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: In person
