**Position Purpose**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- HR Support for associates, nation-wide
- Proactively anticipate and respond to internal HR requests in a timely manner
- Work closely with business leaders and associates across the designated functional areas on major business initiatives and related Human Resources actions as an important business partner
- Drive HR metrics & reporting and analysis including recruitment, retention, diversity and inclusion, payroll management, etc.
- HR Support for off-site Quebec PSC team
- Ensure an environment of positive associate relations
- Provide HR guidance and coaching to the Contact Centre Leadership team
- Fully understand how the Contact Centre interacts with the rest of the division and support these goals through HR partnership
- Partner closely with staffing team & hiring managers to identify upcoming vacancies - facilitate timely hiring and quality of process. Ensure compliance with all applicable law and policy
- Screen and assess resumes of job applicants and conduct interviews
- Partner closely with the PSC Workforce management team to ensure alignment on staffing needs and other HR practices
- Lead orientation & on-boarding for new hires
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare job retention analysis
- Partner with functional leaders and HR staff regarding counseling on associate benefits and healthcare management
- Support proper administration of benefits information
- Coach and provide input to other managers and supervisors to provide quality, timely and consistent reviews
- Assist managers and supervisors in developing and executing associate game plans/career discussions
- Drive the performance management process for consistency, fairness, timeliness
- Investigate and coordinate the handling of associate issues and concerns to maintain a positive work environment
- Partner with managers to develop, communicate, and measure various performance metrics specific to the PSC
- Partner with managers to develop out of cycle compensation recommendation including an internal relativity and external competitiveness view
- Lead and participate in Human Resources projects
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience/Knowledge Required**:

- Must fulfill minimum time-in-position (1 year) and meet performance management code requirements
- 3-5 years of Relevant Work Experience.
- Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management or related field
- Certificates/Licenses & CHRP designation is preferred
