**Summary**

The Chew Contracting Dispatcher is responsible for supporting operations by supplying the trucks and/or equipment as requested daily with the intent to maximize job production and efficiency.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with internal and external customers for job information, equipment needs and schedules.
- Assign equipment operators and drivers to equipment in cooperation with the operations staff.
- Source out hired trucks and rental equipment to meet the needs of the organization as required.
- Support Accounts Receivable invoicing by ensuring customers have credit and obtaining accurate billing information and PO’s.
- Support payroll by collecting driver/operator tickets daily and ensure they are accurate and properly coded.
- Support month end reporting by accurately recording equipment moves and hired trucks in the HCSS dispatch system.
- Support equipment maintenance by communicating and coordinating with the Chew and/or Nixon shop for maintenance and CVI’s as required.
- Support the Chew Safety program by ensuring pre-trip forms are completed and drivers have safety training and toolbox talks as required.
- Organize fuel deliveries including Wheel to Wheel and job site delivery.
- Assisting in Transfer Station management.
- Follow company policy and procedures.
- Other duties as required.

- Work in a team environment and assist as required.
- Build and maintain local industry knowledge.
- Basic computer skills required.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time salary position based at the Chew Office, with regular hours of 8:00- 4:30 with occasional evening and weekend work.
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
- Must provide and wear steel-toed safety boots; other PPE will be provided.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in a mixed office/industrial setting.
- Exposure to noise and vibration from trucks and machinery.
