Our goal is to provide emergency assistance with the highest standards for professionalism and service. Our customers may have broken down on the side of the road, woken up to a flat tire or dead battery, or accidentally locked their keys in the car. As a dispatcher, your job is to find out the important details about a customer’s situation, and send them someone with the right skills and equipment to help as quickly as possible.

The responsibilities of this position include:

- responding to emergency requests and inquiries from the general public,
- developing and adapting plans to meet changing circumstances,
- coordinating with professional towing operators,
- communicating with police departments and insurance companies,
- producing quotes for service and reconciling invoices,
- developing documentation and training materials,
- managing logistics and support for multiple fleets, and
- supporting other users of our proprietary dispatching platform.

To be considered for this position, you will need to demonstrate minimum keyboarding skills of 35 wpm and 5,000 keystrokes per hour, have excellent memory and attention to details, and the ability to learn proprietary computer programs. You will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to clearly articulate information over the telephone. You will be required to successfully complete background checks, including criminal, credential, and reference checks.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
