**About the Opportunity**
We are currently expanding our company with multiple exciting opportunities for full -time **Dispatch/Inventory Clerk** to join our team in **Victoria** on a full-time basis. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
You will be responsible for and must have experience in some or all of the following:
- Coordinating with our staff and customers to manage the schedule of our technicians
- Working in the company software system and keep track of the availability and location of our technicians
- Maintaining communication with our customers and account managers
- Establishing value with new and repeat customers
- Inventory and stocking parts/equipment inventory in technicians trucks
- Counter sales
- Organizing and shipping parts/equipment for projects
- Ordering and managing parts
**Education, Experience, and Language**:
- Min. secondary school education is required.
- Must be functional in English.
**Skills Requirements**:
- Ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with clients as well as team members
- Highly-organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Good computer skills and typing speed.
- Have a great attitude and a positive, energetic personality
- Heavy lifting may be required at times
- Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC parts and equipment - an asset but not required
