**Who We’re Looking For**

We are looking for a capable Product Manager to join our world-class product team to define our next-gen product experiences. Reporting into our Group Product manager, you’ll manage our digital product roadmap while working closely with our Product Designers, fellow Product Managers, Engineers, Developers, and Sales/Marketing stakeholders.

Beyond traditional software product management, you should be able to understand where the digital meets the physical. Nanoleaf has defined the smart decor category in the smart home and we lead the way with new innovative experiences around music, entertainment, and everyday living. These new use-cases pose unique challenges you haven’t seen anywhere else. We’re looking for innovative and adaptive individuals for our team who can create the future.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be part of a team of product managers managing our digital products including our iOS, Android, web, and desktop app experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
The successful Product Manager will work closely with our mobile, full-stack, embedded and hardware team to deliver a delightful and stunning product experience.
- Manage the roadmap for our digital products as it relates to your assigned areas
- Run sprints and participate in Scrum and Agile processes
- Work closely with physical product designers, digital product designers, and developers to ensure we’re building the right product experiences
- Understand and interpret feedback from our users including feedback coming from our early stage beta testing programs
- Be an active user of our products to see things through our users’ eyes

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Design, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Track record of managing and successfully delivering work of agile software development teams
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or other product management tools
- Experience working with smart home or IoT devices a significant asset
- Experience working with physical products in addition to digital ones is an asset.
- Creative problem solving, quality awareness and driven to have an impact on Nanoleaf
- A love for the intersection of technology, the liberal arts, and the humanities

**Salary**: $75,927.04-$131,474.19 per year
