**Summary**:
We are looking for an Evening Production Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of production. This includes and is not limited to ensuring all staff are adhering to the company procedures, meeting quotas and ensuring all equipment is working as required per company SOP and guidelines.

**Reports to**: Plant Coordinator, and Company Senior Leadership

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 1.00am, with the possibility of overtime and day weekend shifts if you are interested.

**You Will**:

- Follow all company safety protocols during the shift, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Work independently, dealing with any issues that arise, as the position is the highest point of contact during the shift.
- Delegate duties to all members of the evening shift staff, ensuring all tasks are completed and maximum efficiency achieved.
- Participation on the production line where needed, to ensure all quality control measures are being followed.
- Follow the production plan as directed for each shift,
- Prepare end of shift inventory reports inclusive of both raw materials and product produced
- Completing any necessary paperwork for the shift
- Communicate with the office and daytime management team at the beginning of the shift, regarding your targets, and any issues that have arisen.
- Follow all shut down SOPs of machinery at the end of the shift and ensure the building is secure after all staff leave.

**Production Experience**:

- 2+ years of production experience.
- Management or supervisory experience
- Ability to work independently/without direct supervision
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Will speak, read, and write English
- Can follow, observe, and enforce all safety rules and regulations
- Will work overtime or longer hours as workflow dictates
- Ability to routinely lift and carry heavy items, up to 40 lbs.
- Is competent in diagnosing and making on the fly repairs to equipment.

**Maintenance & Bottling Experience**:

- Evaluation and assessment of bottling line equipment for safe operation
- Identify and evaluate machinery for necessary repairs during the shift to keep all equipment operating optimally and as intended during the shift
- Follow all bottling SOPs and ensure adherence to established standards
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
