- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, inventory and promotions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education a plus)
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Weekend work (Saturdays) is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
