**About the Role**:
As a Project Coordinator at Royalty, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Project Managers and Site Supervisors across all phases of construction. From client documentation and contracts to quality assurance and compliance, your day-to-day contributions help uphold Royalty’s 6 Pillars of Accountability:

- Health & Safety Compliance

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, keeps things moving, and values integrity in everything they do.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and track tasks delegated by Project Managers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and compliance records.
- Issue and manage subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Assist with monitoring project costs and support financial reporting.
- Communicate daily with Site Supervisor to provide support where required.
- Support quality control by reviewing specs, drawings, and quality benchmarks.
- Support site compliance with Health & Safety standards and documentation.

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years in a Project Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office [Excel & Word], MS Project, and document control systems.
- Familiarity with reading drawings, specs, and construction contracts.
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- A commitment to safety and client satisfaction.
